I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a check on our van’s third row seats. Although the service department was very busy, the service was completed in a timely manner.

Naj was very attentive, and tried her best to help me with the flat tire even though I showed up late in the afternoon. (~520 pm). We got the flat tire fixed in about an hour.When I contact her a week later that I found the wheel center cap and the tire valve cap missing from my newly installed tire, she took time to make sure I will be able to go back and have them put back for me.

I did not have an appointment for an oil change but was taken care of in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and accommodating and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle.
