My Service Rep was very helpful and very informative with the things I needed to get done on my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and an expert at his job.

This is now the second time your shop has left my coolant reservoir cap off. The first time you swore it wasn’t your fault and now I’ve caught it again. This time, I have clear photo evidence. I just replaced my engine your shop’s negligence however you swore it was normal and you weren’t negligent, now your risking that all over again. Not only was the coolant reservoir open, but the coolant is empty. This isn’t just bad service it’s a pattern of dangerous negligence. I’m furious. This could cost me thousands AGAIN!!!

My advisor was superb from the time I got there until the time I left. He was right on point with my wait time, cause I had another appointment afterwards.

Everything went good. Ask if they could wash it after they was done, I was told yes but they didn’t. Also my odometer wasn’t set back.
