I dropped off the car a little earlier than expected. I waited for a couple hours for something I thought was going to take all day. I was done within a few hours.

My experience was smooth and wonderful. And I say this because it feels like everything that happened for me to be able to get a vehicle was everything I could imagine.

I went in for a complaint regarding a sound that I was hearing. I was told that I needed to make an approximate $3000 replacement to a component on my vehicle. I then took to to another Toyota for an additional inspection due to this not being the first time with this concern. The additional inspection provided up close and clear photos of the components in question which showed not wear tear or deterioration, no cracking or leaking. I am highly disappointed that I paid $186.00 to be lied to.
