I showed up to the dealership early Saturday morning. I didn’t have an appointment when I came into the service department. The young man asked me if I had an appointment. I told him no that I was told that it was OK to do a walk-in who was my advisor, I told him it was Ali and he made sure that I was seen by my advisor and my visor took me and set up Appointment and did my oil change for me so that’s why I’m five excellent customer service I was not turned away
