Car was put in parking lot and the service rep. was overwhelmed with people, cars, and clients. Better coordination of quick service clients and more easily obtainment of their vehicles would make for a better experience.

I like to prepare ahead of time and come prepared. Nalley was the most receptive to this approach and made it easy to come on the lot having identified my candidate and negotiated a clear deal ahead of time.A lot of buyers have extra needs and require particular attention. I understand why most dealerships focus on that kind of buying experience. That is not me. I appreciate that Nalley was receptive to my protocol, and that won my business.
