Areca is awesome!! I've been her customer for years now. But since she is leaving, I'm not coming back. I don't trust the other advisor to tell me the true about my car. The lady in advisor # was cutting her braids out of her head AT WORK!!! Very unprofessional, just why! And the lane manager didn't care, we was to busy joking around with an advisor in #6. He is unprofessional as well. Who hired this people! I'm not coming back because she is leaving!!! The service department dropped the ball on this advisor! She's the GOAT( greatest of all time) should been the manager of the service department or lane manager!!!!

Abraham informed me every step of the way about the service on my car, including updates. When I presented him with a hard copy coupon, he used an online coupon which saved me even more money.
