Wait time extremely too long.

Upon my arrival a technician politely asked me what I was there for and asked me who was handling it. I then walked into Jalond's office and she greeted me and asked for my name. She then told me what work my car was due to have done and approximately how much time it would take. While waiting she sent me a link that l could check to see where my vehicle was in the performed stage. It didn't take long and everyone involved was professional and courteous.

The customer service was excellent. The pricing was overly priced. It's almost price gouging. It should not cost that much to get something done to a car when one can clearly get it. A $300 VS 1600.Don't exploit the brand and your customers. Then you force me to agree to your tmoms.Even for this survey, which means you really don't want the truth.You just don't want to be sued.

I always have good service the time is 2hrs or more always A new battery, one day prior an alignment.
