Rachel was great

My experience was pretty good. My vehicle is less than two years old so nothing major yet. I do have one issue that I forgot to mention my right front air vent is blowing heat and the back seat is very hot. My granddaughter is poured in sweat when she’s back there. She’s only 5 and normally doesn’t sweat. Maybe I’m not pushing the right button or something.

My husband & I was there ALL day but it was DEFINITELY worth the wait.

I was very surprised to find that my car needed so much work in July when I had just had a tuneup in June and these things were not brought to my attention.

I needed to do long-overdue maintenance on my car. The staff readily accommodated my request to handle conversations through text and that was greatly appreciated. My car is running much better because of the exemplary service I received at Toyota Stonecrest.

I was seeing the pretty quickly and the oil change was done quickly. I also received a report on what needs to be fixed that included photos. Very nice touch on the inspection reports.
