The service appt was schedule on line. I arrived at the appt time and though the dealership was very busy they took my vehicle back and get the work done very quickly while I waited.

Guidance on what to do if my service advisor had left for the day and where my car was parked when I came to pick it up would have been helpful but otherwise great and quicker than some other Toyota dealerships I’ve dropped off at midday.
