Service Advisor Taniqua really took the time to explain to me why I needed the recommended service. She was knowledgeable, patient and professional.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. During the inspection there were some other items that were identified as needing attention. These items were added to the service request. The appointment took a little longer than anticipated and during that time my Service Advisor, Rachel Smith, made sure that I was updated on the progress and that my daughter and I were comfortable during our wait. The gentleman who greeted us in the garage was very nice and helpful. He made sure I knew where to go and that I did not have any other questions. Rachel was the only other person I interacted with during my appointment and she is a fantastic representative for the service department and the dealership. There were a lot of people in the waiting area and she was efficient while pleasant as she dealt with everyone. As far as customer service Rachel has exceeded my expectations. I did not meet any of the service people however their work, to my knowledge so far, has been high quality. I chose a Toyota because of reliability so as long as the service allows me to get the most out of my vehicle I will continue coming to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest for service and likely choose another Toyota vehicle in the future.
