I came in for an oil change at 7 am on Friday. I did not have an appointment. Service stated they would take me, but it would be a couple of hours wait. Somehow my order was cancelled by the shop. I went to the desk and ask them the status of my car and they had not started. This was at 11:30am. The service manager apologized. Comped my oil change. I end up getting out of there by 12:30. I was not angry, simply because the service manager was polite, he apologized, he took full responsibility. I was very impressed how he and the clerk handled this situation. I will return for further service.
