I would like you to acknowledge the great service I received on my 2015 Toyota Sienna "Blue Belle," from my service advisor Amanda Clark. Amanda was a true professional during my entire visit at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest, from beginning to end.I had an appointment on 5/22/2024 for an oil change, which surprisingly turned into a more expensive service visit costing well over $500.00. Amanda was knowledgeable, didn't explain things to me in technical automotive terms and she understood my needs. Best of all, she showed compassion and understood my financial issue. I am a retiree on a fixed income with not much wiggle room to pay for unexpected expenses. She agreed on a reduced amount when I asked her and we hugged as I had tears in my eyes. I was impressed that your company empowers their service advisors to make these type decisions without input from management. It seems to make for a seamless transaction, making me a highly satisfied customer! She even rinsed off and dried Blue Belle for me! How refreshing that was. Problem with the cafr was resolved. So happy that I had the ability to use Affirm for my repairs. I was kept updated. Pleased that my car had been washed with all the money that was spent on the repairs. Great perk!!
