Fast service, great communication. My only small complaint is the refreshment area is lacking. I had the experience of using Lexus and Nissan service centers and their refreshment areas were better, ie. free bottled water, sodas and small snacks. I was surprised to see Nissan has a better refreshment area than Toyota.

Need new passenger side view mirror after small mishap.Part was ordered and put on.

Great customer service

Came in for an oil change from an appt scheduled on line. I was immediately greeted and directed to my service rep Jaylond who was professional throughout. My wait time was reasonable and my car was ready when called. I also received a detailed list of other needed services.
