Thumbs up to Service Advisor Areca Weaver! Her assistance and perseverance resulted in the completion of repairs to my car at minimum cost. This required Areca to liaison with another Toyota dealership that was out of state. This communication was necessary in order to determine exactly what repairs had previously been made and the reason why so that an appropriate assessment and completion of the service work could be made at the time of my visit. I found Areca to be knowledgeable and very professional. This service visit was a great experience.
