They did the service-oil change, rotate and bolt but left the plastic on my drivers seat. I had to remove it myself. Otherwise everything else went well. Thanks

The 5 star rating is only for my salesperson Justin Peacock. The car buying experience at this dealership however, gets a 1, and that’s unfortunate, because I purchased from Randall Smith here before with no problems. The quality and professionalism has taken a dive. Thanks to the deceitful and unethical practices of Kenneth Hernandez, the dealership now feels like a low class used car dealership, with deceptive sales practices and desperate for sales. I promise you, if it wasn’t for Justin Peacock, I would’ve purchased elsewhere.
