My experience was absolutely amazing because Amanda assisted me with getting my windshield wipers replaced. When I arrived at my appointment, I informed Amanda that almost a year ago a lady from the service department told me that there’s a year warranty on the windshield wipers purchased through Toyota. I also informed her that when I called to setup my appointment to get my smearing windshield wipers replaced, no one seemed to be aware of the warranty on them. Luckily she knew exactly was I was talking about and got that service completed for me expeditiously.

Rachel was very knowledgeable ,caring and keep me informed about what was going on with my vehicle. Rachel is a great asset to the Toyota Company. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
