Experience was okay

Darryl was amazing. Very attentive with excellent manner.However, I was a little bit frustrated that it still took 2 hrs to get my vehicle although I had already agree to purchase it and the price was set beforehand. Not sure what goes inside the closed room, but I was disappointed that it took that long
