As soon as I showed up for my appointment, someone assisted me immediately, they directed me to (Amanda) that I was there to see in the service department. Amanda was professional and very polite and was very attentive to me. She listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. Thank You Amanda. I spoke to Jesse Reid for a moment a perfect gentleman as usually. It's always nice to see him. I did speak to a young lady that deals with warranties, because I had some questions regarding a service warranty that I have, I do apologize that I can't remember her name, but she was very friendly and helpful too. Thank you, Toyota, for making this visit a pleasant one.
