An advance 10:30 am appointment was made on line. On arrival I stood waiting on the Service Advisor, who was preoccupied with what appeared to be a confused customer. I arrived at approximately 10:05 am and the service advisor completed my request at 10:25 am. The service was completed at 1:25 pm.
