My wife and I wanted to purchase a 2024 Venza. We had visited the dealer a few weeks earlier. I was in the area on 3/21 and dropped by the dealership. Oliver Gomes greeted me and I informed him about the interest in the Venza. He went to work immediately and found out that a Venza was scheduled to arrive that day. Before I left the dealership, a car carrier arrived and the Venza was on the truck miraculously. We worked through the financing and other requirements and my wife was able to drive the car home the next day- WOW! The experience was very memorable due to the timing and the prompt actions by salesman Mr. Gomes to quickly acquire the vehicle.
