2/28/24 I got recommended repairs done.Oil Change and filter. I did not get new Windshield Wipers replaced because there’s nothing wrong with my existing wipers.A/C Filter-and Engine Filter done .I was called in by someone else because Areca was at lunch. The fee was much higher than expected., I decided to wait for Areca . She discovered that the (CODE) was wrong, she CORRECTED it in the computer. Instead of paying $196 I paid $159. That’s not how Nalley Toyota or anyone should do business. How many Customers have been Charged Wrongly and paying such a Costly Amount without their knowledge. I appreciate Areca for PAYING ATTENTION and making the Correction. I’m not at all pleased with whoever tried to OVER CHARGE me. Thank you Areca for doing a GREAT JOB and being Alert helping your Customers.Bobbie Moore-Howard
