Good afternoon, I take the time to write a review of the service of a Toyota employee, the person who served me is named Darryl Tyler. Now this person was very noble towards me, he was very respectful, he was a very good communicator, I felt at home, anyone I would recommend would tell him to go to Darryl Tyler's position. It was very efficient. 5 stars are too few to rate this man. CONGRATULATIONS

The rating is for Derrick the salesperson. I feel he was an excellent salesperson but I do feel the decision makers could have worked out a better deal for me. I have strong buying power and should have gotten a better deal. Credit score over 800 and 5000.00 down I should have been treated better.

All was fairly good. Service took a little longer than I anticipated. I felt that advisor should know my car is a fleet car and they will need authorization for payment. I was held up.longer hecausr I had to wait on that after the car was serviced.

The visit was fast experience. Rachel informed me on everything I needed done on my car. She has been taking care of me for a while, and I love the customer experience.

Great just long wait
