It was pleasant because of Audley Spence. He's always professional and makes sure that my recalls are taken care of. He goes over and above to make sure that happen. Service over and above expectation. Great asset to Nalley Stonecrest. Cannot say that about other service advisors. Will not mention names. Audley is my person of contact. By the way, Steve the Assistant Service Manager speaks whenever he sees me there.JP
