Our sales rep, Noel, was excellent. He is very very good at what he does—pleasant, competent and with timely and thoughtful followup. The effort by the finance department to sell us other items in addition to the vehicle was not as pleasant. The individual selling us was very nice but persistent in attempting to sell us things we did not want. We suffered though it trying to be polite. Overall the Stonecrest experience was good.

I had a terrible experience with another dealership. I sat 3 hours and was told the part needed to be replaced had to be ordered but would be in the next day. I arrived at 7;40 the next morning and sat another 3 hours, only to be told the wrong part was ordered. Service writer Jamal at Nalley listened to my complaint and sought to help me. I did wait a rather long time the first day but was told the part would be in the next day. The next day the service tech learned the part was not quite the same as what was being replaced. I did accept the part and appreciated this dealership’s professionalism and feedback in stages.

I came in for my first oil change and Rachel was amazing very helpful and very knowledgeable and also help me with questions I had about my bumper. Thank you.

Buying a car at Nalley Toyota, Atlanta was a really good experience for me. I was initially in contact with Perry Dozier and I am 100% impressed by what a salesman he is. He made my first car buying experience really smooth and I recommend everyone to have Perry as your next car-guy to handle your car purchase.Also, shout out to Stephen Matz for making the buying process easier.It took some time to manage financial paperwork but it was worth it.
