Our sales rep, Noel, was excellent. He is very very good at what he does—pleasant, competent and with timely and thoughtful followup. The effort by the finance department to sell us other items in addition to the vehicle was not as pleasant. The individual selling us was very nice but persistent in attempting to sell us things we did not want. We suffered though it trying to be polite. Overall the Stonecrest experience was good.

I had a terrible experience with another dealership. I sat 3 hours and was told the part needed to be replaced had to be ordered but would be in the next day. I arrived at 7;40 the next morning and sat another 3 hours, only to be told the wrong part was ordered. Service writer Jamal at Nalley listened to my complaint and sought to help me. I did wait a rather long time the first day but was told the part would be in the next day. The next day the service tech learned the part was not quite the same as what was being replaced. I did accept the part and appreciated this dealership’s professionalism and feedback in stages.
