You are a car dealership, it was what I expected from a car dealership. What I will say is that our salesman, JD was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He listened to my specific needs and addressed them.

My first experience was great! The oil change took 45 minutes when it was expected to be an hour. Great job Toyota Stonecrest!

Audley was very professional and courteous. The only thing I would complain about is the wait time which was about 3 hours because it was a Saturday. Went in for a tire rotation thinking I needed an oil change because my car gave me the maintenance needed message. I was informed of recommended services while waiting.

I was kept informed of the progress and cost of my service. I needed a loner for the rest of the day and the request was fulfilled with no issues.

Had to wait a little longer than expected but service was great.

Jaylond was extremely helpful and courteous. I scheduled my appointment at the wrong location but she worked with me and scheduled me asap. I’m so sorry I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who approached my vehicle when I arrived but he was also extremely helpful and ensured what he directed me to someone who was willing to assist. Together Jaylond and this guy made it work for me. Thanks to both of them I was able to get the service needed and not make another trip. They both need to be recognized for the excellent service provided. Thank you both.
