I came to the dealership to look at a used Corolla and called in advance to make sure it was there. Unfortunately, by the time I got to the dealership it had been sold. My sales rep, Mike, truly empathize with the situation and proposed if I’d be interested in a new Corolla hybrid, if he could work the price to a point where it was comparable with the used car I intended on seeing. Long story short, he delivered on his promise and I delivered on mine. Excellent experience. Thanks for your help Mike.
