It was alright did'nt have to wait all day for my car, service manager was very pleasant as always he kept me up to date on my service.

I like the fact that my Mr Granville my services representative explained the needs and priorities of the work being done.

The service writer, Jaylond was excellent….the reason for the visit was a regular oil change. Using a Nalley coupon….Of course there was an inspection of the vehicle and all suggested items and labor came to almost $1500 !!!!! For example, replacing the PCV Valve was almost $600 !!!!! for a $15 part…Do people really pay for these services???I’ve purchased many cars and trucks from Nalley over the years…I’ve used the service department for oil changes only….for other types of service I’ve always used local/reputable shops which were way more affordable….As mentioned, service writer Jaylond and previously Areka Weaver were excellent and did not pressure me into the add on services. Both have great personalities for the job.You asked me about my visit so here ya go…..
