To start the early morning visit, the staff was courteous in greeting me & providing prompt customer care to get me in & out without waiting a long time. I appreciate Jaylond's friendly yet professional attitude in helping me. She showed kindness & consideration still exists. Her concern if I got my tires replaced is what stood out to me.I did get the tires replaced but not with Toyota. It was genuine & not a sales tactic. She made what I thought would be an awkward moment, apleasant experience. Kept me informed of inspection & recommendations. A positive attitude is everything & Jaylond reflected that in my opinion. Even asking if I had plans for the evening. Thank you for helping me start my day with a smile.🤗
