Always GREAT Ms. Chelsea was really good gave me the information to keep up on my progress on service and information guick on after inspection recommends which I always get when I come in for service. I love the way they inform you of service and how to track progress.

As a life long Toyota owner, I went to another dealerships before going to Nalley Stonecrest, the experience was so bad I considered not buying a Toyota. Luckily I came to Nalley Stonecrest and meet Micheal Stinson. Micheal was awesome, 10 out of 5; his professionalism, calm attitude, demeanor, and knowledge of Toyotas made the car buying experience a joy. At the end of my purchase Micheal took extra time to cover all the options we didn't discuss on the test drive. I am recommending to all my friends and family to go to Nalley Stonecrest and ask for Micheal if they need a Toyota.
