I had a great experience, the service team were very friendly and efficient, I felt well taken care of. My wiper blades were failing in severe weather and I had a long drive ahead of me. They got my wiper blades replaced for a good price, and quickly too. Joyland and her team went above and beyond. I'll be back.

My check engine light was on. As usual my advisor, Racheal, was professional, helpful and went the extra.

JD and Oliver took amazing care of me. I texted JD on new years eve and he got right back to me even when he was not at work. he made sure oliver was ready to help me in the dealership when JD was absent. This was my second car bought at stonecrest and I will be back.

Experience was good wait was extremely long feels as if appointments were overbooked but I didn't have a problem with waiting. James was my representative he is always very courteous, friendly and helpful I have been coming here for years which is why I just purchased my second Toyota here a lot has to do with the Customer Service and James
