My sales rep. Chelsîe was really great. She checked in with me every day after I put in an inquiry online about the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. She explained everything about the car that I purchased and made sure that I understood everything. I think that the finance guys could’ve done better Tot to try and get me a better interest rate. I did feel as though because this was a first time purchase they gave me the highest interest rate they could so I ended up getting financing through my credit union. Overall, I am so glad that I joined the Toyota family but I do wish the website was a little easier so that I could’ve done the complete purchase online.

Staff was very helpful and the recall service was done quickly. However, I got a second opinion on the recommended repairs. My mechanic informed me that the swaybar links are not in need of replacement. He did replace the valve cover gasket, albeit for less $ than the quote y'all provided.

All good just would love for a free car wash to be included with the maintenance. Would be good advertising for Nally for cars to be leaving lot shiny and clean.
