Customer service was exceptional. I left feeling like a truly valued member of the Toyota family. The mechanic took out time to do a test drive with me to listen for a noise I'd been hearing. He was patient, understanding and went above and beyond to ensure my safety and satisfaction. Fortunately he found that it was only a loose hubcap. The service rep Ms. Kaylin Harvey provided top notch customer service and showed that she truly cares about my happiness as a customer. Five star all around. Thank you, Nalley!
