My experience was a very pleasant one. I was welcome with a beautiful smile from my service advisor Rachel Smith. She listened with great patience and care to what I wanted to get done on my vehicle. She kept me updated every step of the way. She advised me on other things that needed to get done based on the inspection from the work technicians. She was very professional and helpful in advising accordingly. The wait time was within a reasonable time.

It is always a pleasure when ever I go in for service. I am always taken care of even if things don't go as planned on the first visit. The service lane manager was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. I appreciate him for taking the time to speak with my family and I about our service and a host of other topics that made him come across as an overall people person. This man is running a clinic on customer service. It's bothering me that I can't remember him name. Update coming.
