The direct experience was not bad, my sales person was excellent. I had a concern with communication where twice we were left waiting for some time because it was not communicated with our sales person that we were finished with another department or we returned. No one asked if we needed further assistance just left us there so I had to call my sales guy directly to communicate that with him. Coming from customer service it should be recognized everywhere even if it isn't your "customer", everyone should be perceived as your customer. Otherwise, again my sales guy seemed like a fresh spirit with tons of valuable information and made the process very smooth.

I was very pleased with my advisor Sean he help me out and the tech who worked on my car and the managers who told me the truth about my vehicle they were all great thank you
