1. I bought new tires. One older tire was kept. The one older tire was put in the back of my Highlander. Nothing was put under the old tire so now I have a black ring from the tire on the carpet of my cargo area. I am trying to scrub the black tire ring left on the carpet.2. When the new tires were put on my Highlander, no attempt was made to clean the tire rims. There was a lot of dirt and smudges on the rims. My Highlander did not have dirt and smudges on the rims when the Highlander was checked in for service.
