Everybody was very polite and respectful and helpful. When I asked a question the question was answered very politely. And let me know that my car was done. And didn't make me sit there longer than I had to.

From the check in to the check out, it was so much better than I’ve experienced at other dealerships. Normally, I go to local oil change places because the dealership (Kia) harasses you with services needed . Your texting service was perfect. CHale was 5 star!!
