Excellent advice

I was disappointed that the service that I came for was supposed to be at no cost on the Toyota website and other sites but when I actually arrived, the service person told me that it was no longer free. I also feel that since the Entune System has been canceled, the Apple CarPlay should have been the substitute to replace the feature that the customers had already paid for with the initial purchase of the vehicle. Other than that, the service was okay.

My service advisor, Jaylond Harvey, got me out faster than I expected.
