Great service

The staff was amazingly helpful assisting me

My service was well done by my Service Advisor, Taniqua McGregor) and team. However, I am concerned, because I called Toyota and made the appointment for service with Taniqua, the male who made my appointment disregarded my request, and set me up with a new Advisor, Abraham Castillo. My service order was also not correct, and I did not ask for my car to be picked up and delivered back to my home. This is very disappointing, since I always call to set up my service.

I visited Nalley Toyota Stonecrest to purchase a new car. I was greeted immediately by Mr. Tyreek Williams who offered to assist me in the purchasing process. He was very professional and ensured me that he will provide me good service and work with me to get the vehicle I would be proud to own. Mr. Williams was very efficient, patient, and extremely helpful when answering questions and offering advice on selecting a vehicle that would be affordable and met my needs. I deeply appreciate his customer service and his expertise regarding Toyota vehicles.

Professionalism great, limited waiting time no problem. Everyone was courteous and professional

It took some time for all to get on the same page; however, once all of the service(s) were completed, I was very happy. It took a couple of trips to the Dealership as parts/tires needed to be ordered. I purchased my truck from this Dealership in 2011, and they have been the only Team that has worked on my truck. This speaks volumes for the quality of the Service even during some internal transitions.
