Service Advisor Abraham Castillo was great as always. Oil change brake service. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5? No vehicles on the showroom floor to look at while I wait.

I would have rated the service a 5 but I had to bring the car back because there was debris left when the filter was changed and was making noise when I turned on the air conditioner.

It was good. I have recommendations for future service.

Friendly and quick service

It was great. I came in a week earlier and vetted out the vehicle I wanted. I did all my research online. Stephanie was a wonderful seller. I was able to test drive vehicles as well. When I came in, although she was helping someone else, the process went pretty fast. Unfortunately, it shouldn’t have taken 4 hours. We weren’t offered water while waiting 45 minutes prior to Stephanie assisting me and I had to wait on her to set up the car app because she was helping someone else when I went to finance.
