The servive to my car was good but the customer service when i picked my car up was not so good. When I returned, my service attendant was gone for the day and the ones that were there did not seem too excited to help me check out. I was advised to just see anyone who was at their couner.The gentleman that shares the office with Rachel was helping a customer. I stood there patiently waiting, he finished assisting the customer and walked her out. He returned 2 minutes later, and never even acknowledged me.He then walked out into the showroom as if I was not still standing there. I then left out and went to the service agent in the next office who helped me.

Check in was smooth. Waiting area is comfortable. The person who checked me in listened to my questions and concerns and followed up with me after the service, asking one of the managers to confirm what he told me.

Wait time was shorter than expected!
