Absolutely everything was smooth, every person I talked to was polite and professional, the service appointment was easy to make, also easy to reschedule. I checked into the service department with Jaylond who was wonderful and maintained excellent communication the whole day. I then decided it was better for us to purchase a new used car rather than fix the one I came in with. Issiah S. was the perfect salesman - polite, knowledgeable, and he really went above and beyond to make the entire process completely painless.

Rachael did not hesitate to provide her customary service excellence.This was extremely important because I had things to do on the this day and a narrow window of time to accomplish my tasks.I was able to achieve all tasks and can't thank Rachael enough for the service provided.I had a similar situation once before at Nalley Toyota with a different outcome, where I was sent away without service being provided.I am very pleased that outcome was different on this occasion.5-Star service for Rachael.
