Everything went as expected with the car service, although 2.75 hours waiting in my opinion for standard service is a bit much.

I'm trying to be nice, but the service took about an hour longer than it should have because I couldn't find the Service technician after she sent me a text with all the recommendations. I went to her desk several times looking for her and they didn't start the oil change until she finally came back to her desk and I told her what I wanted done. If she would have been more accessible, it would have saved me a bunch of time. I'm giving 4 Stars out of the goodness of my heart.
