Tyreek Williams is an excellent sales specialist. Friendly, knowledgeable, doesn't push, asks questions and tries to make things work. Very enjoyable experience working with him to purchase my new vehicle. 5 stars for Tyreek!!Stephen (didn't get his last name) with used car sales was also very helpful and transparent on the numbers side of things, working with me to help figure out a price that was fair for both parties. 5 stars for Stephen!However, the young man I worked with in finance (I don't see his name on the website) was unpleasant. He used deceptive sales practices to try to get me to finance my vehicle when I had explicitly told everyone how I was paying cash/credit card. He told me that despite what I was told, the dealership can only put $5,000 on a credit card but we could easily finance the rest. I told him I had always intended to pay half cash, half credit, and that financing is a no go. He again tried to push me to finance saying using a credit card for that amount was not possible. So when I told him "sorry, I have to go" he then went to talk to the manager only to find out that actually I can use my credit card as planned. I don't appreciate being lied to and manipulated. He also tried using sub-standard sales pushes to get me to purchase extended warranties. I expect and know that dealers want to sell them, so I don't object to the practice. What I object to is being talked to in a condescending tone as if I'm not smart enough to realize that buying the most expensive warranty is what everyone should do and I'd be a fool to decide otherwise. 2 stars for that gentleman.To summarize-- I would happily work with Tyreek again to buy all my future cars! I would not like that use that finance gentleman again.

I first meet Mr. Reid before 10 years when we bought Toyota Venz and now after a decade long years never change when we buy our new car. He is knowledgeable, well experienced, respect and help his customers beyond his call of duty. He also takes time to explain and no rush people.Thank you
