The experience with my service organizer, Taniqua was great. She was communicative, kind, and patient,. However, on driving my car in the few days after my service, I paid for an alignment with new tires, and my car is worse off than it was when I got there. It was previously driving straight, now it severely pulls to the right after paying for an alignment.
