My appointment was very pleasant.

I can't believe that I forgot the woman's name who helped me. She is ALWAYS friendly and professional! I waited as she helped other customers, and she was very attentive to each one of us. She made my experience comfortable and enjoyable! I'm going to go find out her name, because all my friends who get their vehicles serviced there, I will FOR SURE send them to her!!!

It was fine and fast. The waiting areas need a bit of TLC; but overall it was a satisfactory experience.

We had an issue with our service on 6/10/2025.We returned for additional service on 6/18/25 and met with Nicole Glenn, the Service Director. She was a breath of fresh air. She resolved our issue with our first service. She went above and beyond to help us. She is a major asset to Nalley Stonecrest! Because of Nicole, we will continue to bring our car to Nalley Stonecrest for future servicing.

Justin was so helpful and the best salesman and our finance guy explained everything clearly. Everyone was very nice.
