I received an email with a coupon for an oil change. While checking out I was told that the coupon was not applicable to my ES 350, in which is a Toyota. The service representative did give me a $15.00 discount , in which was appreciated. Why send me coupons if they don’t apply to me!

This is my first time buying a car, and your team really made it such a smooth process for me. I actually found the car online, and called Nalley Toyota Stonecrest specifically, because I'd previously met Darryl Tyler, who answered a lot of my initial questions. He connected me with Justin (Payne) and I am so glad he did. Justin is very knowledgeable, patient, and direct, which was extremely helpful to me feeling confident about my purchase. He really went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed at every step of this process. Skyler was very accommodating and I appreciated him working to negotiate a great deal on a car with everything I needed (including my wheel locks!). And Jermaine was a pleasure to work with and made the financing piece very easy (even though it was well after closing when I got to sit down with him). Thank you all!
