Left car off the night before 7:00 AM appt. Got text about 9:30 day inspection showed addl items needing attn. approved 2 of the 3 items

I left my car for radiator repair. I reached out to Abraham about 4:00 as I had not heard from him. He stated the wrong part came in and my car had to remain overnight. He sent an email the following day at 1:40 to let me know it was ready instead of calling. If I hadn’t checked at 3:00 I wouldn’t have known my car was ready. This was the first incident of service that I was no accustomed to at Nalley.
