Excellent customer service

My last visit was great the customer service lady Jaylond Harvey was so professional and helpful, compared to the previous visit 2 weeks before this was like night and day. Well I found out my car was very sick and strangely there was no charge, now had I received this information 2 weeks before maybe my car wouldn't be going through this now. I feel like Audley was very negligent and I never received any information on what may have been going on with my car just 2 weeks before no email no text. But however I will bring my car back to have some of the work done, I was offered the after pay and everything by Jaylond Harvey. This was never mentioned to me just 2 weeks before. Thanks for being a great customer service (Jaylond Harvey) person good help is hard to find. Everyone that I encountered on 09/13 was great from check in to check out.

Brought my car in for routine oil change and an issue with my back hatch. Got done in about 3 hours with no issues. My service member was outstanding in getting what I needed. She was very personable and lovely to chat with.
