We arrived early by about 20 minutes. Rachel Smith served on ahead of our scheduled appointment.She is always pleasant to work with. She explained what additional service to be done and how long it would take. We waited and everything was done on time. I've never had a bad experience with Rachel. She's an asset to your organization.

Great customer service

everything was fine besides the interaction i was witnessing between a manager & employee. the manager (white skinny older guy with dentures) kept fussing with the younger employee with dreads (who was very nice to me by the way) for every little thing. i felt bad for the young guy the manager seemed angry and had etiquette when it came to disciplining the employee in front of ppl. i even asked him a question and he snapped at me saying “well the technicians have to get paid “ which was very unnecessary because I was only asking about the diagnostic testing. it just made me very uncomfortable. in my opinion this guy doesn’t deserve to be a manager. there’s a way u speak to your employees and customers. we actually bring in the business. i will go back to stone mountain toyota but i wish that young worker the best because no other employees seemed to receive that kind of treatment besides him.

Jaylond provided excellent customer service by taking the time to help me understand the work that was needed for my car.

The manager (Mr. Andy I believe) really took care of me. He exhibited what true customer service is and embodied the values of what this company wants to be. I wouldn’t take my care to any other Nalley Toyota. This location felt like it’s for ME.
