We were told by family,prepare for 3 hours, and it was done in 1 1/2 hours. Very professional and everyone was so nice, looking to put us in a car, not find was to deny us. The car is great and we have 3 years of warranty, looking for a good experience, thank you!!

I was early for my appointment. Never got to personally meet my assigned advisor. Mr Castillo did help even though he was swamped with customers. Did communicate with he assigned advisor via text. She informed me on the results of my car’s inspection. Since my vehicle is an older car, I declined services. Came in the next morning to speak with my advisor, she was off that day. Spoke with Jack, said he was fairly new, but he did check me out. I did go back to Mr Castillo for assistance. He gave me a good overview of my car’s problems. He did explain my options.He needs a little more help in the early am.

Customer service team was great but there was a discrepancy on my oil changes that I had left so I am a little disappointed about that
